You will be able to enjoy the practice of the Bath, through a journey that will immerse you in the warm waters of the Templarium (97ºF), the hot waters of the Caldarium (104ºF) and finally, the cold waters of the Frigidarium (61ºF). The benefits that you will get on your skin and health have been proven during thousands of years, but the pleasure that you will feel can only be measured by your senses. You will also enjoy a Steam Bath, you will be able to feel the touch from the bath of the Thousand Jets and if you wish, you will receive a relaxing massage upon warm marble.
Each session is scheduled for two hours and includes the Thermal Baths and Aromatherapy with or without a Relaxing Massage. The baths are coed, unless the space is booked for one gender, and are limited to 20 people per session. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, as towels and slippers are provided.
I will be back with a review when Wendy and I (finally!) get ourselves to the Aire Ancient Baths and get to experience it first hand. To be continued...

Looks exotic and tempting!! Can't wait to hear more!
