Everywhere I look, especially in my office, the gals are wearing their hair up in a knot.  Some buns are smooth and clean, while others are loose and messy. I have been searching high (no pun intended!) and low for the perfect blonde topknot kit since last year when I posted Beauty Tips for NYFW.
